Linda Cook Pandolph
President & Chief Executive Officer
Linda Cook Pandolph is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LZ Technology, where she leads the company’s strategy, growth, and mission execution across federal and aerospace programs. She focuses on building an organization that delivers reliably in high-performance, mission-critical environments.
With more than 40 years of experience in aerospace and government contracting, she has built LZ Technology into a trusted partner supporting NASA and federal agencies nationwide. Under her leadership, a team of more than 200 engineers and technical professionals delivers systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and workforce solutions.
Her creative professional contributions also extend beyond federal programs, including serving as Executive Producer for the award-winning cinematic production Last Man Club in 2016. She is particularly passionate about supporting space exploration and workforce development, including internship programs that have launched more than 1,200 careers.
Michaella
Michaella Nicholson
Business Manager
Michaella Nicholson has been with LZ Technology for over 26 years and serves as Business Manager, where she supports financial workflows, contract activities, and program coordination. Her work focuses on creating accurate, organized, and reliable processes that keep operations running efficiently.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and continues to develop her expertise through hands-on experience in financial processes, compliance, and operations management. She is committed to strengthening systems and supporting team performance through consistent execution.
She is known for her attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to bring clarity to complex workflows. She values collaboration and communication as key drivers of effective operations.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and bird-watching—activities that reflect her appreciation for balance and focus.
Jerry
Jerry Haden
Director of Business Development & Human Resources Manager
Jerry Haden leads Human Resources and supports business development initiatives at LZ Technology, while also overseeing key projects and safety programs. His work focuses on supporting employees, driving successful outcomes, and maintaining a safe and productive environment.
With more than 28 years of experience in HR and business leadership, he specializes in employee relations, staffing, compensation, and organizational development. He ensures that HR strategies align with company objectives while supporting employee success.
He emphasizes teamwork and collaboration as key drivers of organizational performance; following the advice of Vince Lombardi that “success demands singleness of purpose.” Jerry is a member of SHRM and is actively pursuing the C(k)PF designation.

Business Development Analyst & Support Services Technician
Chase Cook supports business development efforts at LZ Technology, contributing to federal program growth and positioning the company across contracting opportunities.
He has been with the company for more than 20 years, progressing through roles in support services, safety, and business development. His experience provides a practical understanding of operations across the organization.
He is motivated by mission-focused work, particularly in support of space exploration and advanced technology programs. He enjoys staying active and competitive, whether through sports, fitness, or tackling hands-on technical projects outside of work.

Scott Brady
Chief Growth Officer, Chief Data & AI Officer & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Scott Brady serves as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Data & AI Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at LZ Technology, where he leads initiatives spanning cybersecurity, data strategy, and organizational growth. His work focuses on protecting mission-critical systems while advancing the use of emerging technologies in high-stakes environments.
With more than 30 years of experience across cybersecurity, AI, and national security, he has supported classified missions for the NSA, CIA, the Pentagon, and the broader Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. His experience also includes aerospace and NASA mission support, where reliability and precision are essential.
At LZ Technology, he leads risk management and cyber defense initiatives for federal agencies, specializing in Zero Trust architectures and AI-driven threat analytics. His credentials include certifications such as CCISO, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSK, PMP, and CSM, reflecting a broad and deep technical foundation.
He is known for tackling complex security challenges, fostering innovation, and building teams capable of operating effectively in mission-critical environments.

Marketing Strategist & Contract Specialist
Emily Cook supports marketing strategy and contract operations at LZ Technology, helping ensure that communications, proposals, and contractor processes run efficiently. Her work focuses on structure, documentation, and support, so teams can stay focused on execution.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting NASA programs and contractor partnerships, she is known for organization, adaptability, and strong communication. She focuses on simplifying processes so teams can operate effectively.
Marianne
Mariane Dimitri
Business Analyst
Mariane Dimitri serves as a Business Analyst at LZ Technology, where she supports financial operations through accurate data management, organization, and consistent execution. Her work contributes to the reliability and stability of internal processes across the organization.
She began her professional career in Cairo, Egypt, where she earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Ain Shams University. She later spent 25 years running her own travel agency, developing expertise in organization, relationship management, and working across diverse cultures and environments.
Since joining LZ Technology in 2009, she has played a steady role in supporting financial operations while building strong relationships across the organization. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her two sons and three granddaughters.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Lindsay Hagan leads talent acquisition efforts at LZ Technology, managing full-cycle recruiting and connecting skilled professionals with mission-critical roles. Her work focuses on aligning hiring strategies with workforce needs and business goals.
With more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in sourcing, engagement, and placement across industries. She supports workforce development initiatives and is known for building strong relationships and adaptable recruiting processes.
Magda
Magda Badir
Technical Library Lead
Magda Badir serves as Technical Library Lead at LZ Technology, where she is responsible for preserving and maintaining critical mission documentation through the digitization of historical records. Her work ensures that essential knowledge remains accessible for future mission success.
Her career spans more than 36 years supporting NASA programs, including Space Shuttle missions, the International Space Station, and the Orion program. Originally from Cairo, Egypt, she brings a global perspective and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
Before entering the aerospace field, she worked at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, gaining early exposure to evolving technologies and international operations. She later transitioned into the U.S. space program, where she contributed to the preservation and management of mission-critical information.
She was recognized as a Manned Flight Honoree, one of NASA’s highest distinctions. At LZ Technology, she continues to support the preservation of NASA’s historical legacy through disciplined documentation and record management.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading history and biographies, and needlework.
Suzanne
Suzanne Kerr
Administrative Specialist
Suzanne Kerr serves as an Administrative Specialist at LZ Technology, where she supports teams, coordinates projects, and helps maintain organized and efficient day-to-day operations. Her work focuses on creating clarity, supporting collaboration, and helping teams move forward effectively.
Her background includes studies at Eastern Michigan University and hands-on experience supporting projects, managing operational details, and assisting teams in fast-paced environments. She is known for her positive, people-first approach and her ability to keep work organized and aligned.
