Houston, Texas — August 31, 2026 – LZ Technology, Inc. (LZT) is proud to announce
its employee survey results from the 2026 Best Places to Work in Houston. The results
exemplify the company’s focus and commitment to creating a people-first culture.

71 LZT employees were surveyed, and the company received an overall workplace
score of 93.84 out of 100 possible points. Additionally, 90.14% of employees were
classified as highly engaged. Zero percent of employees were classified as barely
engaged or disengaged.

LZT’s survey results also highlighted the company’s commitment to employee
recognition. 94% of women and 92% of men agreed with the statement, “When I
contribute to this organization’s success, I know I will be recognized.”
